How do I return an item?
Because my bracelets are personalized, your order will be custom made to your specifications and cannot be resold to someone else. Therefore, I accept returns only for a period of 10 days after you receive your bracelet. You must contact me by email during that 10 day window. Your bracelet must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Damage to the bracelet (chemical or otherwise) will not be refunded.
When returning an item, please send via USPS Priority Mail and insure the package, as I cannot be responsible for any damage or items lost during the shipping process. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred returning the item. After I receive and inspect your bracelet, I will refund you the full purchase price of the bracelet, minus my initial costs from sending the bracelet to you.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by me please contact me immediately. My desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your new bracelet.
